These are:
- To demonstrate evidence of enhanced capacity for individual leadership action
- To develop a leadership community of Forum members
- To demonstrate positive change within the organizations in which individuals serve
- To understand and verify any outcomes for the wider communities in which members of the Forum live and act
- To create a replicatable model of leadership best practice
