Your best day at Impact (so far..)?
Making the “Wake up and Shake up” DVD at Sandgate School in Kendal with my Internal Journey people.  We had a great time, learned a lot through the process.  Probably the best part of the day was all the smiling and laughing kids.  Outtasight.

Masami, George Carlin, Chris Rock, Ali G and Borat

Last journey you took? 
The Internal Journey to increased self-awareness of my personal leadership strengths, weaknesses and tendencies.  The journey culminated in a lovely swim in a concrete tomb flooded with frigid water.  Highly recommended.

Favourite place? 
Kagurazaka, my neighborhood in Tokyo or on a really nice tennis court anywhere in the world in the sun and blue sky

How do you deal with stress? 
Play a lot of tennis, listen to music, self-hypnosis and visualization
