Impact is a global people development company, established in 1980 in the UK. We now operate in over 50 countries from 15 offices covering Asia Pacific, the USA and Europe. We are one of the smallest companies to sign up to the United Nations ‘Global Compact' and have been voted a Sunday Times Top 100 company to work for by our employees. We came first in the category for ‘Giving Something Back' to the community in 2006.
