Having worked in the US market for over ten years, Impact established an office in New York City in 2001. Since then Impact USA has become recognized as one of the leading organizations in experiential learning and people development in North America.

Based in Manhattan, the last 12 months have seen us deliver programs in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Washington State, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Nevada, Massachusetts and Canada, amongst others.
Through our successful work in the US we have built up many long-standing partnerships with clients such as UBS, Deutsche Bank, Xerox, Linde, Westinghouse, Franklin Templeton and Merrill Lynch. Within these relationships we provide a range of services including the research, diagnostics, design, delivery, and evaluation of programs.
