Times Top 100 Companies: 3rd successful year for Impact!

Impact are a Sunday Times Best Small Company To Work For.  This is our 3rd year of entering - and the 3rd time we have proved we are one of the best small companies in the UK!

In order to compile the Top 100 Small Companies list nearly 30,000 employees from 348 organisations were surveyed.  As the prestige of this list builds, the standards get higher, meaning organisations that achieve a place on the list really are at an elite standard.

Our results showed ...
 
88% of individuals felt their efforts to help good causes outisde the business are supported (this was the highest score of all companies surveyed).
85% believe our company is making a positive difference to the world (the 7th highest percentage in the survey).
86% have confidence in their team mates, 85% feel the company is run on strong principles and 80% of our staff say work is an important part of their lives.
