Impact have won the 2008 Excellence in Practice Award from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). Our innovative leadership development work with global re-insurers Swiss Re, has resulted in the prestigious award for 'Partnership in Organisation Development'.

From a shortlist of 20 companies, Impact and Swiss Re made it through to the final three. During the EFMD annual conference we made a joint presentation of our case study, and fought off strong international competition to win.

Our award winning case study demonstrated added value and originality in an effective and innovative partnership between Impact and Swiss Re. The award recognises organisations that promote sustainable business performance. Impact demonstrated a real partnership between provider and beneficiary, added value of the partnership and ease of application to the Swiss Re business context.

The EFMD is an international membership organisation recognised globally as an accreditation body of quality in management education and has established accreditation services for business schools and business school programmes, corporate universities and technology-enhanced learning programmes.
