Your best day at Impact (so far...)? 
Taking a group of single mums from Knowsley ghyll scrambling last week on a PSA programme.  I don't think I've laughed so much before. They laughed when they where scared, they laughed when they fell over, they basically laughed at everything including the Impact staff!

Last journey you took?
My two daughters first, self powered, ascent of a lakeland mountain. When they saw the summit they started to run. I was such a proud father

How do you deal with stress?
Throw my bike down technical mountain biking trails and try to hang on to it!
