Are you looking for an exciting new career opportunity?
We always welcome speculative applications from people who would like to join us as trainers/ consultants either on a full time or associate basis. We are particularly interested in people capable of working on a global basis.

What is the recruitment process?
We run selection events for possible new trainers/consultants. The first stage is for us to assess your skills and experience based on your CV. We may then invite you to one of our selection events. This is a 24-hour experience, during which we would ask you to deliver a learning session to a group of other candidates and Impact staff. The event also includes an interview and opportunities to find out more about us.
