Open Enrolment Programmes


Our new, refined suite of open enrolment programmes has been designed in response to an increase in enquiries from new and existing clients. Many have one or two employees they would like Impact to work with, but don’t need our tailor-made solutions.

Open enrolment programmes are ideal as they run throughout the year, bring together employees from different organisations and offer excellent value for money.

How do they work?

Impact work with you to determine the development needs of the individual and the wider organisational context. In consultation with all parties involved, we then suggest the most suitable programme from our portfolio.

Each programme includes pre-course material. This may include preparation of a “critical incident”, gathering of feedback or completion of on-line questionnaires. Each delegate will also have the chance to discuss their personal and organisational objectives with the programme leader.

Post-programme support is also available in the form of telephone coaching and an on-line networking forum where delegates can re-connect. Free membership to “Momentum”, Impact’s networking club, is also offered as a further way to sustain and develop relationships and continue to capture learning from their experience.

Future Proof: Leadership for Sustainable Enterprise
Aimed at senior-level business executives, policy-makers and leaders in the third sector. It is ideal for those who wish to be better informed about business sustainability, those who are on the brink of a commitment to sustainability or who are in the early stages of a change programme focusing on sustainability.

Duration: 4 day residential
Cost: £2,000 (includes accommodation and food)

Aimed at senior managers with more than three year’s experience at this level. They may have management responsibilities that cross different functions and sites.
