BOOKING FEE: $4000 USD

THE FEE INCLUDES:
The design, logistics, delivery and facilitation of the experience, all travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses in-country. The fee does not include flights into and out of the country or additional nights accommodation around the event.

An invoice will be sent to you acknowledging your booking and requesting payment prior to the event. Detailed joining instructions will be forwarded to you 3-4 weeks prior to the experience.

CANCELLATION:
Your booking may only be cancelled in writing, no later than 30 days before the Discovery Experience begins (a cancellation fee of $1000 USD will be charged). If cancellations are made after this time no refund of fees will be made. Substitutions may be named at any time before the event begins.
