Justyna Gorce Balut

justyna.jpg Job title,
Business Development Consultant, Impact Polska

Last book you read?
"The bilingual family” Cambridge University Press. (I feel quite concern being Polish by birth, having a French husband and working for a British company!)

Your best day at Impact (so far...)?
Everyday since 1 July 2007 – my first day at Impact Polska

Who makes you laugh?
Anyone who enters my office and wears the plastic princess crown, while I try to have a serious conversation with a “very big and important client” on the phone, and systematically I give up and start to laugh!

Last journey you took?
Small one – 5 hours of canoeing just one hour by car from Warsaw, just for fun
Middle one – 4 days at the Baltic Sea. The cost is so wild, looks like the Caribbean one, you just need to replace pine forests with palm trees and the temperature could be higher than 12 degrees…
Big one – 7 weeks in Central Asia, mainly Uzbekistan, spring 2007, great “life changing” travel

What’s on your desk?
Laptop, phones, calendar, small rugby ball, several lipsticks or perfumes that intrigue guys…

How do you deal with stress?
As somebody famous advised: for a little stress count up to 10 and for a big one till 100. Personally being rarely so stressed, when I count till 6 it’s usually ok ;)

3 people you’d have dinner with (dead or alive)?
Ryszard Kapuscinski, Ismail Kadare, Kiko
