Impact will deliver powerful, facilitated experiences that will confront your senior managers and leaders with the realities of the changing world whist demonstrating what is possible and creating a real desire for change.

Discovery experiences

Impact’s Discovery Experiences are designed to inspire leaders to transform their businesses into sustainable enterprises.

They do this by:
•    Providing powerful experiences that open leaders’ eyes to environmental and social realities
•    Gaining insights into organisations that demonstrate best practice in developing sustainable enterprise
•    Working with leaders to develop their vision for sustainability within their business

A typical Discovery Experience is a journey run over three days. It is facilitated by Impact working in partnership with NGOs who specialise in the specific focus area and leaders from other organisations who have benefited from developing sustainable business and can share examples of best practice.

The format for a Discovery Experience will vary depending on the specific need, however, is likely to cover the three themes  - Reality, Inspiration & Vision.
