As I travel for over 2 hours every day, I listen to a lot of audiobooks. I've just finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - yes I know its for kids but I love this sort of stuff, I'm a big kid at heart and there's nothing wrong with pure escapism.

Your heroes include...?
Anyone who risks their own life to save others - the only true heroes.

Favourite line from a film?
There are so many... but one of my favourites is: 'I knew a girl at school called Pandora... never got to see her box though!' (Notting Hill)

Who makes you laugh?
Eddie Izzard, Terry Pratchett, and my daughters.

43 miles to work this morning.

What’s on your desk?
My desk in the studio is pretty boring really. My desk at home is cluttered with all kinds of things which interest me or grab my attention - pictures drawn by my daughters, various toys and gadgets, books, magazines and clippings, guitar parts, archery bits and pieces, camera accessories, my iPod - there's barely enough room for me to work really!

Proudest moment at work?
Not sure I have one... pride has different meanings and values for me.

How do you deal with stress?
I don't, my ulcers do!!

Favourite place?
Edinburgh, Paris or at home with my family.
