Favourite line from a film? Not into films  - never enough time in a normal day and when I am on long distance flights I have normally fallen asleep by the time they come on!

Your best day at Impact (so far...)?
The day I started to put together the Impact Intranet – a job that had probably scared off a few people but I thought might be a really fun thing to do – if only I had a bit of time....

Last journey you took?
A mad 12 hour race on foot and mountain bike across the Lake district -  about 2 hours of running and about 100k off road on the bike and it rained all day – a fantastic day out with friends

Proudest moment at work?
Had a few of these over the years – most often when working with a delegate who has perhaps expressed scepticism at the start of the program but who through remaining open to the process have had some real and personal learning.

How do you deal with stress? Despite doing a stressful sort of job, I do try not to get stressed – my recipe is to go for a run at lunch time on what has to be one of the most fantastic routes possible – I am not bored of going half way up Wansfell even after 16 years!

Couldn’t possible reveal where this is, because one of the magic things about it, is that hardly anyone goes there!
