2008 Challenge update, 2009 Challenge dates!

Our 2008 European Challenge was a Ski Journey, and allowed our participants to sample the enjoyment and magnificent skiing the Alps have to offer - away from the prepared pistes. Using expert Impact staff as guides, the three day adventure took place in the Swiss Alps in April 2008.

What the participants thought...

"The event was well organised and provided an excellent taster for ski touring. Having skilled guides with in-depth knowledge of the area was crucial when managing the contingency required by the weather. It was a great opportunity to meet people from a range of different businesses and discuss issues over a few days."

"The group size was really good, and the choice of location was fantastic. Simon & Phil did a fantastic job in guiding us safely and enjoyably through the mountains and in adapting plans at the last minute according to weather and avalanche risk.  I think the event was well managed overall and certainly gave me much food for thought and a valuable experience for self-reflection."
SH, Head of Leadership Development

"Great Impact team - from initial organisation to the end of the event. Wonderfully supportive, friendly, awesome team."
