2005 - Impact's 25th Birthday
Impact was 25 years old in 2005. We had a full year of celebrations both for staff and for our clients.
Challenge Event
We invited a select group of clients to join our unique corporate hospitality event - using Impact staff specialist skills to guide a mountain climb of the Pigne d'Arolla in the Swiss Alps.
Awards
As part of our celebratory year we decided to enter the Sunday Times competition to find the Top 100 Small Companies.
We were delighted to be placed 11th in the country! Since then we have also been named as a Financial Times Best Workplace, in the UK and Europe and awarded with the Two Star Best Company Award for being an outstanding organisation.
We are really proud of what the Impact team has achieved and it is great to get recognition for our hard work and often daring approach. Testament to our achievements as a pioneer of sustainable enterprise, Impact is delighted have won the following awards recently:
• Two BITC Big Tick Awards, for The BITC International Award in 2006 for our HIV/AIDS Leadership Forum in Zambia and The BITC Impact on Society Award in both 2006 and 2007
• Sunday Times Award for Giving Something Back
